The Heart of Ginger

The unique refreshing, sweet and spicy taste of the best quality ginger, cold-extracted according to tradition.

Natural, preservative-free, gas-free, and GMO-free.
Perfect for using every day, before, during or after cooking.

A precious spice

Ginger root is originally from Asia. Even though the Greeks and Romans were already importing it over 2,000 years ago, it only spread to the rest of Europe at the end of the 13th century.
Ginger is also grown in tropical countries and warm regions of temperate zones. Thus, it is no coincidence that it is now cultivated in the Ragusa area in Sicily.

Add it to your hot tea, together with honey and a little lemon, to warm up your winter months or help your digestion.

Cold Extraction

This method is very similar to that of producing Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Spices simply get crushed and then pressed using a hydraulic press.
Due to the scarce heat involved in the process (maximum 27°C), the extracts retain most of their enzymes and nutrients intact.

All the beneficial properties of Ginger

Ginger is considered a superfood thanks to its countless beneficial properties. It promotes digestion and relieves nausea, especially when added to herbal teas or infusions.
It is also known to be an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agent.

Blend it into your favourite smoothie or surprise your guests with a quick homemade ginger-fruit sorbet! Its pungent taste matches wonderfully with lemon, pears, lycees, and blueberries. The sweet and tangy final touch to your pomegranate and greens salads, shrimp noodles, roasted pork tenderloin, chicken meatballs, pumpkin soup, and much more.

For exquisite fish dishes, delicious spicy soups, and unconventional stir fries.
Give an extra-ordinary touch to plain mayonnaise. Even hot chocolate will never be the same again!
