Preheat oven to 400F (200 C). Slice Mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Arrange bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Anoint the bread with olive oil.
Spread tomato sauce on one side of each slice of bread. Spray the Italian Oregano Cold Pressed Turci.
Add Mozzarella cheese and tomato slices.
With whole wheat pasta it will be lighter and more digestible.
